we have invested significantly in new technologies to mitigate risk associated with the manufacturing process and to produce quality products at our state of the art cGMP compliant manufacturing facility with following Areas:
- Liquid Injectables (SVP & LVP)
- Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) Area for Parenteral Preparations, Infusions and Inhalation Products.
- Sterile Dry Powder Injectables (General)
The company also has an additional self-contained facility of Sterile Dry Powder Cephalosporin Injectables for its branded generic formulations.
Surge Laboratories has also invested substantially in introducing the latest pharmaceutical technologies & innovative products from Western Europe, including establishing a state-of-the-art cGMP compliant Semi Basic Manufacturing section where a series of microencapsulation processes are performed with a high degree of precision to manufacture microencapsulated/coated APIs for the formulation industry to improve the overall product compliance of products across the globe.
