Our specialized independent sterile manufacturing sections for Dry Powder Cephalosporin Injectables & Liquid Injectables are well equipped with cGMP compliant machinery and equipments having minimum risk of sterility failure. All the production activities are being performed by highly skilled & experienced personnel under the direct supervision of highly qualified and experienced technical staff.

We have put in place the infrastructure, procedures and quality management system to ensure consistent quality of its products and has an independent Quality Control & Quality Assurance departments, comprising of highly qualified, trained & experienced professionals equipped with the state of the art and latest relevant instruments/equipments which minutely monitor the entire manufacturing process at every step involved from selection of raw materials to transformation of quality finished products/ microencapsulated granules.

Quality Assurance has faith in Quality by Design (QbD) & Quality Risk Management (QRM) during development of Injectables & Micro-encapsulation products to convene cGMP requirements. Extensive Documented, Real Time Stability Studies with conditions: Temperature: 30^oC+2^oC/Relative Humidity (RH): 65%+5% and Accelerated Stability Studies with conditions: Temperature: 40^oC +2^oC/Relative Humidity (RH) 75% + 5% has been instigated to be acquainted with International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) requirements. Self Inspection & Process Analytical Technology (PAT) has been put into operations to ensure quality built in pure, safe & effective drugs.

Moreover, the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, in its Minutes of 214th Meeting specially commended Surge Laboratories–Sheikhupura for establishing very good facility & recommended it among the 3 facilities in the country that could be shown during group visits.
